VIRTUAL MERIT BADGE SASH

The Scouts of Troop 220 are busy! In addition to all the troop activities, there are troop merit badges running, plus many of the boys earn the badges on their own. There are always a few earned at summer camp as well. We are blessed to have so many willing and capable counselors to guide these young men on the right path.

David and Jordon are planning to work toward getting all the merit badges available. Elisha's goal is a little more modest -- "only" at least fifty. Positive peer pressure can be a good thing when it spurs the boys to give that extra effort. For some, the journey to Eagle with its 21 badges will be plenty. Others choose different paths. One of the beauties of Scouting is that each Scout can make his own decision (within Scout rules) which badges he wants to work on and how many he wants to complete.

In consideration of those who have asked that this not be presented as a competition, the sashes have been moved to individual pages of those boys who don't mind their information being made public.

Good job, all! Please, if we have left your name off of any due award, let us know and we will correct it.

Note: Everyone's comfort level with information is different, and we're respecting that by only including those Scouts who want their achievements posted.
