Computers are nearly a necessity in today's world. The computer badge has many requirements, but for most Scouts with a computer in their homes, it's mostly review. We chose to do this badge as a class, with 9 hours of instruction time plus web page design (from 1 - 100 hours *s*), and a little homework thrown in.
Two boys per computer seemed to work well. When we added a third to one group, he seemed to end up the odd man out.
