HOMESCHOOL-FRIENDLY

Troop 220 is a homeschool-friendly troop. What that means is that more than 50% of our active members are homeschooled. Our troop is open to all eligible boys, regardless of their method of education.
The leadership of Troop 220 is there not to replace parents, but to come alongside and assist them in preparing their Scouts to be the leaders of tomorrow. Our Scoutmaster has considerable experience mentoring young men of all ages and personalities. Parents are welcomed (and encouraged) to stay during meetings, and to get involved with the troop.

This is a wonderful group of young men who are service-oriented, self-disciplined, caring individuals. We are very proud of all of them.
